How it works
1. Order your CV service.
Select and order the CV service that best suits you.
2. Choose how you will share your information:
When you place an order, you will be able to download a questionnaire. You can choose whether to complete the questionnaire in full or to share your information with me by telephone. Please email me at lis.mcguire@giraffecvs.co.uk to let me know which approach works for you.
3. Receive CV draft:
Once you have shared your information (via questionnaire or by telephone), I will use this to create a draft of your new CV. I will aim to send this to you within 5 working days of receiving your information.
4. Feedback:
Your feedback is vital to ensure your new CV meets your needs. You are welcome to share feedback by telephone or email. I will use it to create a next draft for your review.
5. Refine:
I will work with you to refine your CV until you are completely happy with the results. We will collaborate, going back and forth, until you feel confident in and happy with each and every line. On completion, I will send you a final version in Microsoft Word and pdf formats.

I will prepare draft content and send it to you in a Microsoft Word file for your review.
4. Finalise & Upload:
Once the content is agreed and finalised, I will ask you to upload it to LinkedIn.

For returning customers only.
If you have previously ordered a CV with Giraffe CVs and would like to update it, you may be interested in an update service. This service covers the creation of a fresh CV profile, addition of any new experience, editing of older job roles, and reformatting for a smart and professional finish.
How it works
1. Quote:
Request a quote at lis.mcguire@giraffecvs.co.uk
2. Invoice:
I will send you a PayPal invoice which you can use to place your order.
3. Questionnaire:
On receipt of your order, I will ask you to complete and return a questionnaire to help me understand your recent achievements and current career goals.
4. Draft:
I will send you a draft of your updated CV and seek your feedback until you are completely happy with the results.
