STEP 1:
Send us an email along with your name, contact number and service required. It would also be useful to attach your current CV to the email (if you have one) - if you do not have a CV already, don’t worry as we can learn everything we need from a telephone interview.

STEP 2:
At a convenient time we will conduct a one on one telephone consultation so we can fully understand your skills, experience and ambitions including details of the employment opportunity or career path you wish to pursue.  During your consultation we will identify your career aims, job targets, skills, experience and achievements to build up a complete picture of you and your requirements. This also gives us an excellent insight into what makes you tick and what you are good at, even if you are a little shy about your own abilities.  An in-depth consultation will result in a far more persuasive CV that will clearly highlight your skills and strengths and make an employer really want to meet you for that vital job interview.  If you prefer, geography / location permitting we can arrange a face to face meeting or can correspond by email if more convenient.

STEP 3:
After the consultation, your CV will be produced using proven copywriting skills to describe your attributes and achievements in their most favourable light, whilst taking into account your specific career aims and job targets.  Within 48 hours we will email you the 1st draft of your new CV. This gives you the opportunity to assess our work and request any changes or additions.  Client feedback is very important to our methodology, and as such there is ample opportunity for you to shape the document to your professional requirements. 

STEP 4:
You can continue working with your CV Consultant via email / phone until you're 100% happy with your new CV.  We will make unlimited changes to your document until you are satisfied with the results including FREE ongoing support for 12 months after your order.

STEP 5:
Once you are happy with the new document, we will transfer a final electronic copy of your CV in Microsoft Word by email or, if required, as hard copies in the post.   The final draft of your CV will be held on our files so that any future changes can be implemented with ease.
